Wayne County Land Bank

The mission of the Wayne County Land Bank (WCLB) is to return tax-foreclosed and abandoned properties to productive use, contributing tax revenue to Wayne County while promoting community rehabilitation across its municipalities. Central to this mission is the sale of properties held within the WCLB’s inventory. The WCLB endeavors to sell inventory properties to eligible buyers who will improve their condition and appearance.
