Among the primary goals of the Warren and Dix-Vernor Business District Improvement Authorities (WBDIA and DVBDIA) are the enhancement of public spaces within the districts, delineation of the districts through a consistent theme/style along district rights-of-way, provision of a unified building style to be implemented through development and redevelopment of properties within the districts, and economic growth and increased property values.
